the staff was super nice and helpful, especially the lady who checked me in. she gave me awesome recommendations and directions. i also really appreciated the breakfast place she told me about. it was so good!

the room was nice and large we had a big window the reception area is tiny but the hotel is very nice the location is good with many breakfast places nearby i had quick access to all parts of the city via tram since the tram stop is right next to the hotel the room was cute

i found the staff pleasant enough but the rooms looked tired and shabby the photos on the website do not reflect the current condition the in-room facilities were poor too i only had disposable paper cups for making a hot drink

The room offered a lovely high ceiling. the hot drink station was always well stocked. comfortable beds made sleeping easy. I woke up refreshed EACH morning. the air conditioning worked very well.

the hotel infrastructure seemed tired. it reminded me a little of student accommodation. this aspect detracted slightly from the overall experience.
